SecureCode for CyberSource HOP

I am looking for a developer to integrate SecureCode with the CyberSource HOP payment gateway.

I have not been able to find any specific technical information, but will continue to search.

I need to have SecureCode implemented ASAP and am ready to give the go ahead to the first reasonable quote.
