Need quote for Saferpay gateway

I need a payment gateway for Saferpay, to accept payments in UC using the Swiss PostFinance yellownet, see http://www.saferpay.com/paymentservices.asp

Can anyone please give me a quote/estimate on the development of such a payment gateway?
