Need Ubercart Recurring Fees with PayPal Websites Payments Standard

I learned today that the Ubercart Recurring Fees feature is limited to the Ubercart credit card processing only. I am in need of the recurring fees feature to work with the PayPal Websites Payments Standard service. My site goes live on April 1st so help is needed immediately.

We are on Drupal 5.5 with PostgreSQL and just about to upgrade to Ubercart Beta 7.

Paypal payments requires the user to login to their paypal account and the transaction is hidden from the merchant - I don't see how any shopping cart could get what you are seeking to work.
