$75 - Need mods to the Canada Post Shipping module

I'm stuck at the moment with my store which I started to populate with products today because I discovered the the CP Shipping module doesn't handle multiple item properly when the items have reached past the 30KG weight limit.

What I need to happen is when a weight or box size limit is reached with multiple items those items need to be put into a second/third/etc.. box and the shipping quote calculated on those boxes.

Anyone? This is a bit of a show stopper for me as 90% of the items I ship could easily go over 30KG or will have to be fit into multiple boxes (multiple items) which will make the CP quotes only good for single items.
