Hi,
I need a developer to write a module for me so my customer can print out each order on a custom order form. My customer is used to doing things by hand, and doesn't want to change.

On admin/store/orders/* there will be a button that says "Print"

Clicking that button prints out:
Ship to and Bill to info
Credit card number, ex, cvv

All products ordered including SKU number, price, quantity & totals
Shipping
Total of order

Any comments the customer has made.

At the bottom of the page they need the following in-office codes:

Office Use:
date_____ / _____ /_____ chg _____ ck# _______________ amt$ _______________ inv# _______________ init _____
