I configure a taxe for french country and there is often problems of refresh when I change country from the billing and shipping address...
If I put another country that france, the tax line item is still here and affect the total price.
The problem is resolved on the order review screen but it can confuse the customer and I don't want to put a message like that under the payment pane.
"sometimes, the taxe is not refresh. Please, verify on the next page that the amount is well calculated with taxe (or not) depending on your country. We apologies for the inconvenience..."

In addition, in the rare case the TVA line is updated, it seems to be done by changing the shipping address and this should be the billing address the field to check.
I don't know if it's because I updated jquery but I have jquery update module to avoid this kind of problem and ubercart would be the first module that cause problems with a jquery update.
Is there a way to make this javascript verification stronger ?

Edit : I test it by disabling jquery update and put the original drupal 5.2 jquery file and it's the same problem. The tax amount is ver very rarely refreshed when I change country.
