duplicated text box

admin/store/settings/checkout/edit/messages has a duplicated text box called "Checkout Instructions:"
the top one by default is blank and the one below has data.

both have the same header and same instructions.

ubercarter! well we may have to wait until i have my first site up and running. how long does that take anyway? in man hours coz i can only commit 1 or 2 hours a day Sad

hehe Well, I almost gave you a bug finder badge for this one but decided it wasn't really a bug, just a missing word. How about I hit you up with 1 and 4 for starters... can't give you all at once or you'll stop trying so hard. Eye-wink
