I have a site that has default quantities that vary (car parts site, 4 of this, 2 of that, 8 of these for repairs) that I have set the "Default quantity to add to cart" product field as necessary for all products. When viewing a product node, this works as expected. When viewing the products in a catalog list, when you hit the "Add to cart" button, it always adds only one item to the cart for the product selected instead of using the "default quantity" field value. You can see a sample of what I'm running into at:

http://isettasrus.com/isettasrus/catalog/18

Pick anything with a "Qty Req'd" of more than 1, try the Add to cart button from the list, then try opening the product node for that part and seeing what happens.

Is anyone else having this problem, or know of a workaround? My client caught this on the first test run of the site, and is now asking me about it daily... HELP!

I'm running D6.15, UC 6.x-2.2, on a CentOS 5 installation.

Thanks!

Re: Add to cart in catalog list view doesn't honor "default quan

Just checked and noticed same issue with my install... any help / ideas for both of us would be great. Thanks!

Well, as you can see - almost 6 months and no replies... I guess everybody else is just doing 1-piece orders. Kind of seems like a critical piece of functionality... Might be high time to open up a bug ticket on it...?
