Using Ubercart 1.9
If I select the checkbox "My billing information is the same as my delivery information.", then taxes are not calculated. If I manually change the dropdown for the State/Province in the Billing Profile, then the taxes will calculate.
Similarly, if a Saved Address is selected from the dropdown, then tax is not calculated.
