USPS Shipping Quote giving me bad results. Please see inside for details.

Sorry to bug everyone with this because it seems like it should be working. I've been trying to find a solution via Google cache searches; but so far haven’t been able to figure it out.

Here is what’s happening.

USPS is returning several "good" quotes (I parenthesis the word good because they seem wrong - 1 day shipping is listed cheaper than 2 day?); but the last quote changes from a properly looking and formatted quote to just the following text:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<PriorityMailResponse><OriginZip>930</OriginZip><DestinationZip>930</DestinationZip><Days>1</Days></PriorityMailResponse>

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

PS. Is there anywhere to get incremental code updates? Could I need a newer uc_usps.module? My admin/modules says i'm using v5.x-1.0-alpha7b. Thanks again.

That's just extra debug information that only the administrator can see. I don't think I put a setting to turn it on or off until after 7b had been released. We do have development code available, just checkout the Bazaar page. It has instructions on downloading the Bazaar version control system and connecting to our repository.

I'm getting this same error although it seems to be more than just extra debug information, because when I select the USPS option that's giving an error, when I go to review the order I get a "Invalid option selected. Recalculate shipping quotes to continue" message which I don't get when I select a FedEx method (which is working).

Any ideas?
