Ubercart 3 - pruct deletet catalog term deleted - no way back

Hi to all,

the content type product and the taxonomy term catalog was deleted.

We need any way back to disable/remove ubercart completely, in a way that ubercart will build up the ubercart database entries from the scratch.

I applied the patch, but ... how does it work?

I disabled the complete ubercart and deleted the module it with the deinstall routines.

The products and catalgos are back after a complete reinstall

but .. this is impossible with a working store isn't it?
