I'm having a bit of a stress situation here. I searched help on this extensively but didn't found a clue.
problem: when I try to overwrite flatrate settings on product level en I enter e.g. 8€ in a field, after saving the entered value is gone and replaced by $rate->rate
I'm unable to use it. Anyoine out there 's got an idea on how I can fix this???
we need this urgent to promote free shipping for the holliday period.
