PHP error "Unknown column 'countries'" -- - - problems with uc_regions_v3 and worldquote

Hi,
I think I've got the latest revs of worldquote and uc_regions,
but I'm getting this error
at admin/store/settings/quotes/methods/worldquote/edit/1

user warning: Unknown column 'countries' in 'field list' query: SELECT countries FROM uc_regions WHERE id = 1 in /includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I've tried this with a total "from scratch install" and I'm still getting the error.
I'm really stuck .

Any thoughts/suggestions ?
