Recently updated to Ubercart 2.9 on 6.x. Started receiving calls about duplicate charges and purchases... did some digging and found the following:
1) Large increase in the number of duplicate orders being created.
2) Many of the duplicate orders had one "completed" and one "in checkout"
---- of these duplicates, the "in checkout" has all the customer info, except the customer number is 0.
3) All orders are credit card through Authorize.net
4) Some other orders had duplicate orders with Order IDs only 1 apart (909 and 910). These orders were BOTH completed and customers were charged TWICE! Normally the Authorize.net would prevent identical duplicate orders... but the invoice numbers/order ids are different so they are processing.
Of the duplicate orders that are BOTH completed, they each report this at the bottom:

I've tried messing with the CA settings, but I can't find anything the looks to be the culprit. Any help?
