Product Kit - No Delivery information Pane

If I have a product kit (such as THIS ONE) in the cart with no other items I don't get the "Delivery information" Pane and shipping charges are not applied to the order. Customer is able to complete the order, but I get no ship to and they are not charged for shipping. If I add any other item to the cart and checkout everything works normally.

I am running 5.x-1.0-beta7

I updated my testbed site to RC2 and It has the same issue.

I can see the Delivery Address pane and I get a UPS quote for that product kit by itself. Did you fix it already, or is there a fluke somewhere?

I just fixed this for my situation, as I don't have any non-shippable products. I turned off the "Hide shipping information when possible for carts with no shippable items." check box in Checkout settings (https://YourDomain/admin/store/settings/checkout/edit) and now everything works as it should, but I don't think this would work for anyone that has both shippable and non-shippable items on their sites.
