Flat rate per order / Payment method total error

I'd really appreciate some help on 2 errors I've encountered:

on the cart checkout page when Regular Shipping is selected it overrides the taxes and doesn't show the total properly - athough when you click next to review the order the taxes are there. This isn't happening if you select the other 2 options - they are working correctly.

Another bug - is that on the checkout review page the taxes aren't showing as to their proper weight (should be GST then QST). They are correct on the preceeding page and are totally correctly. (GST and then QST).

The url is http://2008.manifestdesign.qc.ca

Thanks!!

Tell me about the way Workflow-ng has been set up to deal with the shipping and taxes. That's my first suspect for something configured wrongly.

Hi - Thanks for the reply!

Shipping:
Workflow-ng (version 5.x-2.0) - for shipping, regular is set up to just the default settings. Basically regular shipping for the site is free ($0). So when the shipping quote is fetched automatically in the checkout - it show up in the payment amount overtop of the taxes (wipes out the taxes). (just display...because in the checkout review they come back)

If you change the shipping to express the display is ok. Switch it back to regular and it overwrites the taxes again.

Checkout review: tax weight:
The GST & QST show up properly on the checkout...it's just on the review that hey get reversed.
In workflow-ng - GST is set at a weight of 1, it checks that the shipping country is canada and if true - adds gst.
QST is weight 2, it checks the shipping zone...if quebec it adds the tax.

Does that help at all?

I've just switched the site over to http://manifestdesign.qc.ca (although 2008.manifestdesign.qc.ca is still available)

Thanks for your help.

I did some more testing today and it seems that the accent in the shipping line (Envoi réguiler) is causing the error in the payment method. I have no idea how to work around this - any thoughts? I've just put the line in english for now....
