Spelling mistake

Bug FinderGetting busy with the Ubercode.

It's not really a bug per se, but one of the default order states is "canceled" when it should be "cancelled".

Oops... didn't realise it was spelled that way over the pond. I was referring back to the Latin cancellare, of course... Sticking out tongue
