UC Discount Bugfix

I don't exactely know where to post this, because the Thread in the uc_discount part is kinda broken... There was a problem with deleting discount. This version here fixed this problem. It's kinda an ugly hack I guess, but it does the job.

I've been working on this module a few in last weeks, and i thought that this bug was fixed in the last version i posted, take a look here, where I posted the last version:
