Bug FinderGetting busy with the Ubercode.

This is not so much a bug as a localisation and usability issue. Currently, the united_kingdom_826_1.cif file lists "Greater London" instead of "London" as one of the counties. However, whilst "technically correct" in some abstract sense (Greater London is the county and London is merely a place within Greater London), nobody really expects to find London under the letter 'G'.

The same applies to "Greater Manchester".

Therefore might I suggest we adjust the united_kingdom_826_1.cif file accordingly -- see attached.
