Hi guys...
I don't know if this is directly related to the upgrade to 1.5 or something else...
But I do know that after I ran the upgrade, now the Delivery info area on the Checkout page is totally gone.

I have run the update.php and have also done the Empty Cache via the Devel module.

Still no Delivery info on that page.

This is making none of the shipping charges to work.

The funny thing is, I did this upgrade on another test site prior to doing it on this live site, and it worked fine.
So this makes me think there is a setting on this site that is causing a problem.

Another bit of info... I was trying to get the module Rate Quote to work here... I read that it required the latest version... So I did the upgrade.
This problem may be related to the Rate Quote module.
But I have also, uninstalled that and still no Delivery area.

Any help is appreciated.

Perhaps all of your products are suddenly not shippable anymore. I don't know why this would happen, but that's what it sounds like. Even if a product is shippable, it may have features that override this setting (like file downloads or role promotions).

hi Lyle, thanks for the help.
Here's what I found...
I went into my store settings and already had it chosen to display the Delivery information on the checkout panes.
That was suggested to me in irc.

With it just as it was... I clicked Save settings and it showed up again.

But then... tried with another user and it was gone.

I finally found a setting that said... Hide "when possible" for carts with no shippable products.

I unchecked that and that has corrected my issue.
It was not consistent... that is why it was so confusing... worked on one site but not another.
I will always uncheck that from now on. Smiling
