when a paid-member go to "my account page" (/user) -
he gets Recurring fees section at the bottom -

the 'cancel' link under Operations - lead to a wrong link (that doesn't seem to even exist)
https://www.website.com/users/70/recurring/1/cancel

but in admin access - i could go to Orders -> Recurring Fees,
i get the right link to cancel (delete) the specific recurring fee id -
https://www.website.com/admin/store/orders/recurring/1/delete
