Does anybody have a module to connect to Ideal without having pay for an account with Ogone?

It depends on the bank you are using Ideal with. Some of the banks do it similar to the way Ogone works so you can use the Ogone Payment Module http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/140 However, other banks like Rabobank use their own system. I'm using Rabobank Lite which is very easy to set up and they provide code examples for you.
PS. I'm using Rabobank because Ogone with the other banks where too expensive.
Sounds interesting, and i am looking for an iDeal solution myself to. Could you please contribute the code u used for the Rabobank iDEAL solution?

Yes, Qrios Webdevelopment released the iDEAL module for Rabobank and ING (lite vs basic).
