It is a Dutch thing but I write the question in English anyway.
Does anybody have a module to connect to Ideal without having pay for an account with Ogone?

It depends on the bank you are using Ideal with. Some of the banks do it similar to the way Ogone works so you can use the Ogone Payment Module http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/140 However, other banks like Rabobank use their own system. I'm using Rabobank Lite which is very easy to set up and they provide code examples for you.
PS. I'm using Rabobank because Ogone with the other banks where too expensive.

iDEAL has become widely available for Ubercart.
Now all mayor iDEAL payment types are available as a Ubercart payment method!!

So the next obvious question is: what exactly is the difference between the modules?
Why different iDEAL modules?
Becaus different iDEAL solutions are available at your bank. Per bank the solutions can be different to or have different names.
They technically differ so much that it's easier and better to maintain different modules.
Maybe some day we wrap all into one module, but I think its better this way.

Drupal 7 / Ubercart / Ideal
huge kick, as I found this topic when searching for a solution. Does anyone know if there is a module for Drupal 7? Can I use the drupal6 modules with Ubercart?If not, how hard is it to implement something like this myself? I have basic PHP/HTML/Java skills, and can find my way within Drupal, but never did something with Ubercart or with Ideal before...
