Donation Module

Early adopter... addicted to alphas.Getting busy with the Ubercode.

I've created a donation module, I'm not quite 100% on it yet, so this is just a testing version, but if anyone wants to have a look, please do so. It isn't complex, it just adds a pane in checkout to be able to add an extra donation.

Steph, I reposted this b/c I saw the download in the old files directory and thought folks might find it useful. Perhaps you can offer an update on this and repost it in the contributions directory once it's complete?
