Hi guys,
i'd like to let my user to edit product without insert price or sku or other selling details.
I'd like to create a product with predefined option from admin, and let my user to create this kind of product just with upload the product photo. So, let me know please: i thought to clone the folder uc_product under ubercart module and rename it in uc_myprod and replace ALL the occurence in all files in my new folder of "product" with "myprod"...is enough?
any ideas?

I want to modify the ubercart's product in the way above, so i thought to create another product module similar to the "default" ubercart product, and modify it. "clone" the default ubercart product is possible? is enough to copy the folder and rename it and all the files and occurence in the code of "product" with "myprod"?
Because i've done it, and my drupal installation fall down....ehm ehm..thaaank youuu]
