Anyone have a clue how to do the following with the Userpoints integration:
We have a cart that is part of a larger drupal site that revolves around a game. We are currently awarding points for actions in the community (like Juice here) as well as accomplishments in game.
We are selling expansions for our game using file download, and it seems to work perfectly, but we are also selling other products in the store - including userpoints.
We need to have the following functionality:
Each product needs to be able to be specifically defined if it can be purchased with points or cash, points only, or cash only.
I envision two extra attributes to set on each product as checkboxes:
[ ] This product can be purchased with points
[ ] This product can be purchased with cash
So, basically, we could choose the products that users could purchase with points, or exclude products from being purchased with points, and if both settings are true, the product could be purchased either way.
Since users would have to be logged in already to use points, we ideally would love it if we could have a second button on the product page for logged in users:
Price: $9.95
[ Add to Cart ]
[ Purchase with 9950 Points ]
If the user chose points (points items will all be file downloads) we would love to be able to bypass the check out process.
