I have to different websites running the ubercart-5.x-1.0-beta2 version and one shows the shipping and the other doesn't. I cannot see any difference between the two. I have tried upgrading to the latest version (which broke some of my mods and tweaks) and the shipping still doesn't show.

To clarify a little better, I am using the flatrate with a base price and per product price. I have said that every item is shippable and I have activated the shipping types (based on destination) but when you go to checkout, the shipping fieldset doesn't even show.

Can anyone suggest a reason why not or how I can check what's causing the problem. I've even looked at the database and compared somewhat, no luck!
