I'm curious, how did this end up for you? We are using Monetra here too, and also would like to use Ubercart.

I ended up writing my own. The name of my company is Exceptual Technologies and I do web hosting, payment gateway hosting, and custom drupal development. I named the module uc_epg which stands for Ubercart Exceptual Payment Gateway. I'm attaching the source code to this reply.
