Can i call Attributes in to a block?

I am using Attributes in product page with Add to cart button, Now i need to add another add to cart button on top of the page. So i thought of creating a View/block which will be showing Attributes and Add to cart button and will be placed on top of product page.

Attributes are part of the Add to Cart form, which can be displayed as a Views field. The "Buy it now" field is the Add to Cart form without the attributes or the quantity field, which used on the catalog pages.
