Would anyone be interested in taking on the project to produce a FedEx shipping module for Drupal 6 with Ubercart 2.x? A big issue with the ones that are out there is the dimensional weight calculation.
You see, a product that has a large size, even with a light gross weight, for example a package that is 69x62x9 inches, but only weighs 45 pounds, will still have to be shipped via Freight instead of Ground. The current modules all just have '1' hard coded into the length, width and height slots of the request_package array.
If someone could build a module that interfaces with V4 of the FedEx Web Services API, accurately transfers/calculates dimensional weights, and can accurately differentiate the different classes of freight and ground service, I'll pay a bounty on that sucker! I'll donate to UC as well.
Any of you whizkid developers want to give this a whack?
