A student has taken on a GHOP project to create a screencast that demonstrates a basic Ubercart install along with a sample configuration that shows how some of the Ubercart features work. I think this will eventually be turned into a drupal.org handbook page. Uploaded right now is the first part of the screencast if you'd like to review and leave any feedback.

Hey, thanks for posting that to the GHOP, cYu. I had shied away from posting any tasks myself as I'm somewhat partial regarding what would be in Drupal's best interests. I'm glad at least some other folks are finding more Ubercart docs, especially a screencast!, to be good for Drupal, too. 
I originally posted the task as creating a recipe for either ecommerce or Ubercart, figuring any shopping cart setup in Drupal would make for some beneficial documentation. The feedback I got was that the task needed to be more focused and specify which cart the student was to use though....so with a coin flip I picked Ubercart.
