Hey guys,

does anyone know how I can disable the "Shipping settings" and the "Product information" areas for my clients on the product edit page ?

I don't forsee any need for them to deal with these two areas so I don't want them to see or touch.

I assume your clients have ability to add products?

Thank you for you suggestions,

you assume correctly. The clients can add products but I feel it's unnecessary fo them edit parts of the product edit pages.

If those areas were not visible to them, they can't make a mistake.

I have never heard of formfilter so I will certainly give it a try.

Power tools, I have heard of but I don't know how it can fulfil the purpose of hiding edit area content? I thought it just provides automatic SKU ids etc ?
