Hi guys,

I just hit a problem.

My ubercart store site is 90% finished but I just found my clients can't edit their product nodes.

They can edit all regular nodes according to the permissions I issued but not for the ubercart product nodes.

I enabled the following :

All options under uc_product module
All options under uc_store module

I know these are but a fraction of the permissions set but I can't flood you with all the information on this page.

Can anyone suggest anything ?

Re: What editor permissions ?

An update on my previous post ....

I just realized my client ( setup as editor on the site ) are allowed to update their product nodes selectively.

What I mean by that is the sysem allows some nodes to be editted and not others - all of them are of the same content type.

I have not setup anything that distinguishes one from the other.

Can anyone help me.

Thanks...

I found out what the issue was.

Re-freshing a drupal node (regular or product) in edit view has the of making settings jump around.

The input format had shifted into php mode. THe editors had no permission for accessing php input formated nodes and editors could not edit the guilty node(s).

I had to go round and reset the input format on all affected products.

Thanks for looking in though Smiling
