I noticed the same thing! I edited a post yesterday and I was punished for it...haha. I'm not sure why Ryan gets to benefit...haha...I call a conspiracy.

lol I call it a bug in the code instead of a conspiracy. I think I know why, too... I had fixed the previous version of the module on our site, but I upgraded to the latest when the whole site crashed and didn't fix it. It was just something about edits... crazy. Anyways, I'll see if I can track it down on Monday. Until then... bring on the points. 
Well, my old fix was still in there, so I'm not exactly sure why it's doing what it's doing. Is this only happening on contributions or does it happen on forum threads as well?
Hahahaa, aww thats great. I noticed it while editing something under contributions, I just did an edit to a post I made and look what came up...

Nobody has juice like you my friend, wait until I spike it, then we'll see how much juice you want! I am willing to bet you do know whats going on however since we all had to start over with a new db someone needs to become supreme once agiain w/ juice.

Hmm... so is this only happening on comments that belong to nodes I've started? Because I didn't start this one... so I don't see why in the world it should be giving juice to user 2. 
I'll just have to make a test account for a day and try to figure it out... then I'll reset/recalculate Juice based on actual posts.
So far this has to do with anything I have edited on the new Dell server, maybe it's because you got a Dell? haha 
It seems I'm bleeding juice now. Recently I have taken to creating posts which, as I get more information, I update rather than creating an Errata post or add'l info post. So if I add a link to another thread that is similar to the one I'm commenting on, I lose juice. what happens when you run out? Do you get kicked out and have to use the old eComm cart instead? *g*
hehe We won't send you away. Quaoar had negative juice for a while. Really I'll just have to nail down this bug some day and then reset everyone's juice based on the current nodes/comments. You say it happens when you edit a comment? I'm assuming this is only the case on comments to nodes you don't own?
Having never had an original thought, I can't say for sure if this only happens on comments to nodes I don't "own". I was only messin about the juice..uh.. unless the winnder gets a case of somthing good? I'll watch more closely when it happens tho.
yar, i am bleeding juice; i wonder if Ryan edit's his own post does his juice bleed onto his shoe and get sucked back in.
I just hope we'll be able to use the juice for something good soon Like "buying" outselves some über badges in the forums or something

For the first time I just edited a post and did not see the message that mikejoconnor earned 2 juice and I lost 2 juice. Woo hoo.
On a side note, there seems to be something odd with the Users by juice page. Uncategorized shows for everyone, and when I click on the details link next to my name I get page not found.
Very funny bug! Every time *I* edit one of my posts I lose 2 points and Andy gains 2!
