Any ideas on shipping prices based on quantity?

I have a customer who wants to be able to set up ranges for shipping prices based on how many items total are in the cart.

Any ideas, thanks in advance for any help.

I hope it's cool, I modified the rate quote module to do what I needed, thanks again.

Modification is great. Smiling That's just a contrib module anyways, right? Definitely watch out for modifying core modules (bad update mojo)...
