My zone does not require taxes on shipping. When I go to checkout, tax is shown below the shipping on the Order Total Preview Pane. Is there a way to reverse the order on the pane so it goes: subtotal, taxes, shipping, total? I've looked all over for the where to do this and can't seem to find it.

The order of the line items is fairly well hard-coded. However, it doesn't affect how they are calculated so your taxes should be the correct amount if you've specified that they don't apply to shipping costs.
