Dear Uberdudes,

I just started building a new site today and before installing Ubercart thought I would have a peek at what's happening with the Drupal e-Commerce module and found this post:

Compare Different e-Commerce Solutions

I just released the new site feature: a comparison amoung different eC solutions. It will show which features each one have, pointing the best and the worst values, also those ones that are no difference. It will bring much more information to all Drupal users that are looking for a e-Commerce module.

For now, I added eC3 and eC4. I added the Ubercart but i dont know much about it, so i need to ask someone from the project to light me out.

Any suggestions? Please right here! It can be add a new feature, correct some incorrect value or anything.

The chart reveals Ubercart having absolutely no features. Please see http://drupalecommerce.org/ec_solutions

It would be great if one of you guys or someone with enough knowledge about Ubercart could, in his own words "light him out" i.e. fill in the blanks so people can decide what e-commerce solution works best for them.

Thanks Uberdudes,
Sc0tt

PS. Another $50 bucks on its way to you guys as soon as I get paid for this site I'm working on. I know it doesn't sound like much; but I'm only getting paid $300 bucks for this one. I give back 35% of total on each site i develop using Druapal and Ubercart. $300*.25% = $105 divided between Druapl and Ubercart = $52.50 each. Thanks again for all your hard work on Ubercart!

Seems to me that if HE wants to do a comparison, HE should do it. Right now all it is is an incomplete list of eC4 features (a large fraction of them having to do with payment) with some marked as unavailable in eC3. I'm underwhelmed by the utility of the list. Now if he wants to put some meat on it, I will happily point out anything he got wrong.

Funny enough, we have our own tentative page our site comparing various FOSS e-commerce solutions. Right now it remains unpublished. I've postponed working on it until we have final 1.0 release so as to get a good comparison between various packages. It would nice if an objective person, familiar with various e-commerce packages, could write up a chart.
