Payment Gateway Set Up

I am not familiar with Ubercart but it as been used by my programmer for the shopping cart. I made a test sale on my website but it did not show on my merchant account. I have no idea how to find a step by step process so that I can find out what might be the error. Any suggestions?

I guess we'd need to know what payment gateway you're using and if your Ubercart settings are currently set to a test mode vs. a live/production mode.

The payment gateway is fast transact and I beleive the Ubercart settings are set to Live/Production mode...but I will check with my programmer.

Yup...it is set to Live/Production mode....any suggestions?

Hmm... I haven't heard of Fast Transact, so it sounds like a custom integration may be in play. Puzzled

If so, there really isn't any way for us to know what would be causing payments to fail at your merchant account. It could just be something missing in the integration.
