In store settings there is only 2 option for countries - US & CA?

In admin/store/settings/store/edit only 2 countries are listed.....Though it has 55 CIF files, it shows only 2 countries in the list?

Any why http://livetest.ubercart.org/ not working?

I think I figured it out, first it has be imported from admin/store/settings/countries/edit

Hey guys, it would be great if "checkbox option" was provided for CIF list rather than a drop-down option as only 1 CIF can be imported at once... Sad

And it would be also nice to provide a link to admin/store/settings/countries/edit from admin/store/settings/store/edit (just below country list) , so that one doesn't gets confuse.

One big thing? Where are the other countries, I think there are 195 in the world.

Anyway, how can I add just the name of the country to the list, without regions? Help will be appreciated.

Search around the forums... someone posted the SQL a while back to go ahead and list all countries. You can always just remove from there the ones you don't want.

I've been trying to get in to live test for a couple of days because I want to check out the admin portion of the cart.
Any idea when it will be available again?

Hey Pam, for that you're going to need http://demo.ubercart.org. Any user account created there should have administrator access.

Hmm... bummer. Sad I'm not sure what the deal is... I can get to the sites just fine from here, but I wonder if it's something screwy w/ our firewall or DNS server. I'll see what we can do to test availability.

Have any luck seeing what the problem is with the demo?
I still get:
The server at demo.ubercart.org is taking too long to respond.

It's pretty snappy for me... I'm not sure if anyone else can confirm or not. Puzzled If push comes to shove, it sounds like it might just be faster to install Ubercart to check it out.

I wish I could say the same. All I get is network time outs. Can't pull up anything with the demo in either location.
I would install the cart and check it out, but it will cost me about $180 to have that done.

Hmm... if you have an account w/ a webhost that gives you FTP access, you can use the UberInstaller to install it in minutes. I wouldn't recommend that solution long term, but for checking it out it should be fine.

I'm still unable to open both demo and live website from my place. I haven't seen UC v1.0 live yet....Sad

Just to tie this thread off - 1) I think checkboxes for enabling/disabling countries would rock but won't happen until the next version, and 2) the Livetest and Admin Demo were unavailable b/c of a network goof when we moved the server in-house. It's been fixed and shouldn't be a problem any more.
