A lot of options for managing functions users are able to manage is via ROLES. My problem is that i'm using drupal along with ubercart, i have three types of users Customers, Shop Managers, Site Administrators. There is no way to make custom roles or customize what each account is able to see and not see. I want shop managers to only handle shop functions and not editing or general site elements.

Re: How do i disable/enable for certain USERS

It sounds like you don't really understand what roles are for. Have you edited the permissions (access control) for these roles? If so, you can do exactly what you're looking for.
