I've gotten a couple notifications regarding comments to posts I've made, but probably only about 30%. I've checked my filters, and it doesn't look like they're being filtered out. Just thought I'd mention something to see if it was just me, or if other folks are having the same problems.
Not getting all subscription notifications...is this just me?

I'm having the same problem. It seems to be a problem with trying to subscript "recursively". If you check (in example) alle the checkboxes for the forum categories, you should receive all forum notifications.

Personally, I think the module is a little dubious and am not using it for that reason. It seems to either work like you're reporting or spam users into oblivion with reports every other minute. 
I haven't had time to check it out or look in the issue queue at drupal.org for possible fixes.
