The order list needs a lot of work to be useful. I (assuming a lot of other people also) need to search orders by a lot more information than just fname lname or company. At minimum a zip code search would be GREAT! Especially when entering shipping costs from shippers receipts to the order. speaking of shipping cost vs charge, a report showing the over / under of cost vs charge would be a great tool to know how to adjust your shipping charges & handling fees.
