Is it possible to have the same seller sell the same product? Same sku, everything? I looked into the drupal module for multiple authors but it doesn't assign the product to both sellers.

Do your sellers have different 'stores'? Is it a multi-site install? If it is a single site install, you can assign products to more than one 'parent', so that say, a boston red socks hat would show up under 'hats' AND under 'red socks gear', but would still be the same product. If your sellers are 'parent' categories, this should be easy to accomplish. I'm not sure quite what your setup is, so more information would be helpful, like version #'s of modules you're using, and what your general configuration is, uc_marketplace? etc.
