Once an order has been canceled it appears you can reactivate it. Is this by design or a flaw? I was just thinking that once it has been canceled they should need to place the order again if they wanted to go through with it.

Re: Canceling orders

I think that's more of a safety net for site administrators. "No! That order's not really canceled. I need it back."

The customer can't change their order status, so they would have to order again.

Re: Re: Canceling orders

ok, because i added a function in the points module to delete and refund payments that were made if paying by points. This means that if they bring the order back they would need to re request the payment.

is that how all the other payment modules work too?

I believe that you have to manually cancel or refund payment before you can mark an order as canceled. I know that's true for deleting an order.... Ryan would know better, but he's at lunch of fixing the livetest right now, so I can't ask him.
