Has anyone considered and/or attempted hooking the Ubercart Attributes system into the Faceted Search module and its API? Obviously Ubercart's Catalog module replicates some of the ideas of a guided Faceted Search, but it would be nice to browse products based on the existence or availability of certain product attribute options (the way that most online apparel stores work, for example).

I've been working on some Views integration for Ubercart's Attributes system that is going well and is nearly complete. However, I've yet to find any reliable documentation on the Faceted Search API. This is presumably because the module is still in development, but given the commitment it appears to have gotten at DrupalCon, maybe this is something worth implementing sooner rather than later...
