A beta is available for the reservation module. It currently just allows a reservation to be placed on a particular seat. I'm curious if there could be a bridge module to integrate it with ubercart. The only thing is with the reservation module, each event is one node, individual seats aren't individual nodes. I haven't done much programming and was wondering is anyone might be interested in helping me with this module.

Reservation is a brand-new project. What advantages does it have over the many other Event type modules already on Drupal.org? It would be great to have event booking in Ubercart, but it's not clear to me whether it's best to start from scratch or leverage an existing project, and if an existing project, which one?
