I want to repost this from 'ulfk', I only can find it in Google's cache:

Does ubercart offer the ability to create wishlists? Or save orders so that they may be reviewed/edited prior to submission at a later date?

My suggestion:

Add a 'Add to wish list' button to each product below 'add to cart'.
Maybe existing "http://drupal.org/project/favorite_nodes" module can be used to cooperate?

Ideas?

Kees

Sad Why is this !@#x* "rel="nofollow" filter applied to posts?? I think it's a privilege to have some SEO advantages out of posting usefull information, it's not hurting anyone. (Not spamlike of course..)

Funny, I was just thinking about this one. I'd like to use it on one of our live stores. It would be cool to get this functionality:

  • Add to wishlist button together with add to cart button.
  • A form to send the wishlist to x-number of recipients.
  • A nice html mail sent to the recipients with the wishlist complete with product images, prices and add to cart links.

I'll get a chance to look at this one in a couple of weeks.

Wow, that really would be cool. I'm gonna review the favorite_nodes module, but I guess it's useless for the functionality you discribe here, that goes way further than that.

+1 for your ideas.

It's because of the quotation marks you put.
http://drupal.com/

rel=nofollow is just an instruction to search engines to not follow the link so it won't figure in search engine rankings.

I'm new to Ubercart and also want this feature.....best of luck to you guys on making it. I'll be checking in regularly.
