[check] Add Shipping Insurance? (+$X.XX)(Ex. added to the total amount if checkbox is selected.) Would you please help me how can add insurance to the total amount

I need to add a few dollars in insurance when the order totals more than $100, this is not something the customer gets to choose
i tried to set this up in workflow but it doesnt have the right conditions.
is there any way to do this
