Are tax rules easy to set up with Ubercart?

For example:

I have to charge Two different taxes on some products, the second is added after the first is calculated (I have to tax the tax).

Some products only have one tax applied.

I have to charge tax differently according to the customer's location:

Exemple: I charge no tax for international orders.

Is Ubercart doing this already?

Taxes have recently undergone changes to be integrated with Workflow-ng so you can provide a little more customization to tax rules. I know that before the kind of taxes you're talking about (taxing a tax, only applying taxes to certain products, countries, etc.) were working. I'm pretty sure Lyle has successfully ported all the work to the new system, so I'd give it a whirl and check both the taxes configuration and workflow configurations to see how it's working. I'm sure he can add some words later.
