Is this .cif file still valid for Ubercart 2.x or is there now another method for changing the address fields for Japan?

Japanese Module Pack for Japan
Hi Everyone,
We are working on a Japanese module pack for Japan. We have a store that we are about to put out soon for the Japanese market. It includes a lot of fixes that the pack will feature and we will be doing a case study for this.
This pack will fix a lot of issues with using Ubercart in Japan, and other countries. We have also been submiting patches, are hope is that a lot of the modules that we make will be put into core to help make it more Asian friendly.
We should have it all ready to go in the next month to two months.
I do have an address order module, and some other modules that I will try and post soon.
Our CTO Travis Tidwell (user on drupal, travist) is working really hard to get this out and at a high quality. He has also been submitting patches to Ubercart, I hope that they will not be passed by.
We will also have a lot of ubercart translated. I have been trying to get one of my members of my staff able to become part of the team to help translate for Japanese, but get no reply for this application or pm's sent on here. I hope this is not the same issue with the localization team for Drupal itself and Japan.
Anyways, we will be putting it out soon. I see there is starting to be a demand for it, so maybe sooner than later. I hope everyone will help out with it.

I am really glad to see the movement towards getting Ubercart Japan-friendly. I am in real need of this.
Is there a site where the community can follow your progress and contribute in any way?
I found http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/ja and seeing some discussion and formation of work towards advancing Drupal in Japanese.

I am an Admin on the Japanese Team now, and things have been submitted, but things are still getting worked out. Also I am about to post a patch to Ubercart that we are going to try to update and hope some of the stuff makes it into core (Please!), and also some modules. I will post back here as soon as they are ready to go. I am working on packaging them up now and documents for them.
