100% translated except 21 string have some malform HTML.
Although it is not perfect, but it can works. i think many chinese people want this file.
i just put all small po files into 1 big po file.

English is poor:)

This IS the Simplified Chinese version, though version-wise, it's probably getting more and more out of date. Might have to work on an update if I get some time.
